From March 12, we changed the current shipping carrier to DHL Express to ship to consumers in the USA.
- Shipping time:
- For U.S customers: please allow between 5-10 business days for delivery. Shipping fee: $12.99 / order
- For International Customers: please allow 7-15 business days for delivery. Shipping fee: $15.99 / order
We process orders Monday through Friday. Business Days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Shipping carriers have advised of the potential for delays of deliveries due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our warehouse are working as quickly as they can to get your order on its way to you.
- Due to a great volume of orders placed before/during large sales & holiday season (Halloween,Christmas, etc.), shipping times are sometimes longer than previously estimated. Please allow extra time for your order to be delivered before/during holidays and sales seasons.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 7-10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
Change or Cancel Orders?
We only allow order modification within 24 hours since the payment.

Order Delivery Delayed Due to Acts of Nature or Public Holidays
AweStorms shall not be liable and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier's control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays.
We have public holidays in China. This will effect all the new orders, and older orders which are not shipped yet, and also the shipped orders that have not left the Chinese territory by the postal services yet. We hope for your understanding as we do not control public holidays, we are very sorry for the delays. After custom clearance, it will be delivered to you.
International buyers - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
