We ship to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping times vary by locations. Here is our estimated time frame:
Processing time: it takes 5-7 business days for your orders to be made and processing 1 – 2 business days. We will ship your made-to-order product to our warehouse, put your name and address on it.
- For U.S customers: it takes approx. 10-17 business days for packages to arrive to your destination.
Shipping fee: $9.99
- For International Customers: it takes 25-30 business days for packages to arrive to your destination.
Shipping fee: $7.99
We process orders Monday through Friday. Business Days do not include weekends or holidays.
Due to a great volume of orders placed before/during large sales & holiday season (Halloween,Christmas, etc.), shipping times are sometimes longer than previously estimated. Please allow extra time for your order to be delivered before/during holidays and sales seasons.
ALERT: DUE TO LIMITED TRANSPORTATION AVAILABILITY AS A RESULT OF NATIONWIDE COVID-19 IMPACTS, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 7-10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
Order Delivery Delayed Due to Acts of Nature or Public Holidays
AweStorms shall not be liable and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier's control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays.
We have public holidays in China. This will effect all the new orders, and older orders which are not shipped yet, and also the shipped orders that have not left the Chinese territory by the postal services yet. We hope for your understanding as we do not control public holidays, we are very sorry for the delays. After custom clearance, it will be delivered to you.
