Shipping & Handling 

Due to equipment maintenance and improvement, all orders from 14 Jan to 3 Feb will be processed on 4 Feb.

All orders during this period will be shipped by expedited shipping. The delivery time will be 30-35 business days. 

After Feb 9, the time frame will be as below:  
Each of our products is made-to-order only for you. 

Production: 5-7 business days. 

Processing: 1 – 2 business days. We will ship your made-to-order product to our warehouse, put your name and address on it.

Shipping:  20-25 business days

We process orders Monday through Friday. Business Days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Due to a great volume of orders placed before/during large sales & holiday season (Halloween,Christmas, etc.), shipping times are sometimes longer than previously estimated. Please allow extra time for your order to be delivered before/during holidays and sales seasons.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 7-10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Order Delivery Delayed Due to Acts of Nature or Public Holidays

AweStorms shall not be liable and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier's control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays.

We have public holidays in China. This will effect all the new orders, and older orders which are not shipped yet, and also the shipped orders that have not left the Chinese territory by the postal services yet. We hope for your understanding as we do not control public holidays, we are very sorry for the delays. After custom clearance, it will be delivered to you.
